Warranty Policy

1. Warranty Coverage

MEGAVERSE CIRCLETECH provides a limited warranty on all products against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period specified for each product category:

  • Electronics: 12 months from the date of purchase
  • Watches: 24 months from the date of purchase
  • Books: No warranty (defective books will be replaced within 30 days of purchase)
  • Accessories: 6 months from the date of purchase

This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

2. What This Warranty Covers

This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship during the warranty period. If a product proves to be defective during the warranty period, MEGAVERSE CIRCLETECH will, at its sole discretion:

  • Repair the product using new or refurbished parts
  • Replace the product with a new or refurbished product
  • Refund the purchase price of the product

3. What This Warranty Does Not Cover

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, liquid contact, fire, earthquake, or other external causes
  • Damage caused by operating the product outside the permitted or intended uses described in the product documentation
  • Damage caused by service performed by anyone who is not an authorized service provider of MEGAVERSE CIRCLETECH
  • Products with removed or defaced serial numbers
  • Consumable parts, such as batteries, unless damage has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship
  • Cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents, and broken plastic
  • Normal wear and tear

4. How to Obtain Warranty Service

To obtain warranty service, you must first contact us to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution. Please have your proof of purchase and product serial number ready when you contact us.

Steps to initiate a warranty claim:

  2. Provide your order number, product details, and description of the issue
  3. Our support team will guide you through the troubleshooting process
  4. If the issue qualifies for warranty service, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions
  5. Ship the product to us in its original packaging or adequate protective packaging, including the RMA number

5. International Warranty

Products purchased from MEGAVERSE CIRCLETECH are covered by warranty in India only. For international customers, warranty service may be limited or unavailable. Please contact our customer service team for specific information regarding international warranty coverage.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MEGAVERSE CIRCLETECH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM ANY BREACH OF WARRANTY, OR UNDER ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOST PROFITS, DOWNTIME, GOODWILL, DAMAGE TO OR REPLACEMENT OF EQUIPMENT AND PROPERTY, AND ANY COSTS OF RECOVERING, REPROGRAMMING, OR REPRODUCING ANY PROGRAM OR DATA STORED IN OR USED WITH MEGAVERSE CIRCLETECH PRODUCTS.

7. Implied Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE DURATION OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY. SOME STATES OR JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

8. Governing Law

This warranty is governed by and construed under the laws of India. Any disputes arising from this warranty shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Thane, Maharashtra.

9. Changes to Warranty Policy

MEGAVERSE CIRCLETECH reserves the right to modify this warranty policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. The warranty terms applicable to your product are those in effect at the time of your purchase.
